Staying here was an amazing experience. The location was perfect as I was able to easily access the lively Hamra district, where I spent most of my time exploring. The room service was exceptional, and I appreciated the dry cleaning service as it made things convenient for me. The staff, from room service to customer service, was incredible. They were very helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Additionally, the hotel had amazing amenities, such as a sun terrace and Wi-Fi connection, which made my stay here even more enjoyable.

The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and tried their best to assist us. the location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from.
Despite the air conditioners, the room was too cold and only had one power socket. the internet signal was poor on the fifth floor, making it difficult to stay connected.

Great location next to AUB and walking distance to El Hamra and Zeituna Bay. Clean and cozy renovated rooms. Amazing staff, especially Mr. Ramy who went above and beyond to help us with forgotten items. Easy communication with accommodating staff.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very convenient, close to many shops and the downtown area. The hotel facilities were great, including a small gym for basic workouts. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, always quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. The daily breakfast provided by the chef on the 6th floor was delicious, and the view from there was very nice. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
